There are many incorrect genders associated with these names. Emyr is a man's name, so is Eilian, as well as Alwyn. Then there are place names such as Swansea and Conwy (imagine naming your cat Birmingham, it doesn't really work does it?). Then there's Llyn Tegid, which means Lake Tegid.
