When shopping for pet products, you want to know that the company you choose has your pet’s best interest in mind. That means natural ingredients, safe manufacturing processes, and a commitment to quality. It also doesn’t hurt if the products come with a money-back guarantee.

The good news is PremiumCare checks all of these boxes and more.

PremiumCare is a pet supplement company that offers a wide selection of products ranging from multivitamins to calming hemp treats. Their products are made with high-quality, natural ingredients and are free from fillers and artificial additives that could negatively impact your pet’s health. They are so confident in their products that they offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

Here’s what PremiumCare has to say about it:

“We understand that your pet is a big deal, and we want you to be able to trust us with that important responsibility, so all of our products include a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us, and we will be sure to offer you a full refund or replacement.”

At PremiumCare, every choice is made with the best interest of pets in mind. It is this company’s mission to produce products that maximize the health and happiness of pets and their people.

Where Are The Products Made?

PremiumCare produces a limited selection of pet supplements made with natural ingredients. Their products are made in an FDA-inspected facility, though we were unable to find specific information about where the company is based or where their products are made. The label on the jars says the product is distributed by PremiumCare out of Missouri City, TX.

Though we like that the company makes an effort to ensure customers of the quality of their products, it’s difficult for us to verify those claims. We generally prefer companies that are more transparent about the details for their products.

What Dog Products Do They Offer?

At PremiumCare, it’s all about providing the best possible product for pets. This company works to provide all-natural products that help keep pets safe and healthy. According to the company’s website, their mission is “to produce premium products that maximize the happiness of you and your pets.”

Here’s a full list of the products available at the time of review:

  • Allergy Immune Treats – Address allergies with these all-natural chews made with immune-boosting ingredients that help your dog’s body respond to food, skin, and environmental allergies.
  • Cranberry Bladder Chews – Formulated for bladder and urinary tract support, these chews feature natural ingredients like organic marshmallow root, licorice root, astragalus root, and cranberry. They also help strengthen the immune system.
  • Grass Burn Treats – Packed with tasty duck flavor, these treats are designed to keep your dog’s digestive system healthy to reduce grass burn and yellow spots in your lawn.
  • Hemp Calming & Anxiety Treats – For a happier and calmer pet, these calming treats reduce anxiety and stress while also subduing hyperactive and aggressive behavior in dogs, www.pharmacybc.com/valium-diazepam/.
  • Hemp Mobility Treats – These mobility chews feature natural joint-supporting ingredients like hemp, organic turmeric, glucosamine, collagen, and coconut oil.
  • Multivitamin Treats – Made with 15 different vitamins, minerals, and other supplements, this multivitamin comes in a tasty chicken flavor with 90 chews per container.
  • Omega Treats – These salmon-flavored treats are packed with omega-3 fatty acids (including DHA and EPA) to boost brain and heart health while improving skin and coat condition.
  • Probiotic Treats– Formulated to help maintain good bacteria in your dog’s digestive tract, these probiotic supplements also include specialized digestive enzymes to support healthy digestion, reduce diarrhea, heal the gut wall, and improve nutrient absorption.

PremiumCare uses all-natural ingredients in their products, though we weren’t able to find specific information about where those ingredients come from. We do, however, have assurance that the products are made in the United States in FDA-inspected facilities.

How Much Does It Cost?

At the time of review, PremiumCare offered 8 different supplements. Retail prices ranged from $30.96 to $49.99, though most were discounted to $24.95. The most expensive products were the Multivitamin Treats and Hemp Mobility treats while the Cranberry Bladder Chews were the most affordable.

Though retail price for most recipes was $39.99, it’s worth noting that PremiumCare supplements come in containers with 120 chews, not the standard 90 many companies offer. Dosing recommendations were about 1 chew per 25 pounds of body weight for most products.

In addition to offering competitive pricing, PremiumCare also offers free 2-to-3-day shipping on all orders. You can save an additional 10% by signing up for a monthly subscription.

While many pet product companies sell their supplements in containers of 60 or 90, PremiumCare includes 120 chews in each container.

What Did Our Test Dog Think?

To test PremiumCare supplements, we ordered three different products: Allergy/Immune, Probiotic Treats, and Multivitamin Treats. Our order arrived very quickly – definitely within the promised 2-to-3 business day window. Our order arrived in a standard cardboard box with minimal packaging, which we appreciated. We were able to recycle the box along with our normal household recycling.

Upon first glance, we noticed that the containers for the supplements were a little larger than others we’ve sampled (primarily The Anxious Pet which comes with 60 chews per container). We thought the containers were very well designed and the treats themselves were generously sized. We also appreciated that the brand sells most of their products in containers of 120 rather than the usual 60.

In testing the treats, our test dog Archie had no qualms. He scarfed down the first few we gave him and seemed eager for more. Overall, we were pleased with the product itself.

We also appreciated that the labels for each product contained detailed information about the ingredients along with a nutritional analysis. Unfortunately, this information doesn’t seem to be available on the PremiumCare website. Each product page contains highlights of key ingredients, but we didn’t see an option to view the full ingredients list or guaranteed analysis.

In reviewing the ingredients lists for the products we tested, we were able to confirm that PremiumCare doesn’t use low-quality fillers or artificial additives. Aside from the active ingredients, these supplements are made with a base of oat flour, rice flour, palm oil, and rice bran.

PremiumCare Supplement Recalls

To our knowledge, PremiumCare hasn’t had any product recalls. It’s always a good idea to research the recall history of a pet product company, but keep in mind that pet supplements aren’t regulated in quite the same way as pet foods. Either way, it’s still a good thing that we didn’t see evidence of any recalls.

Choose from a variety of supplements made with all-natural and organic ingredients, all manufactured in the USA.

Is PremiumCare Really Worth The Cost?

Before adding supplements to your dog’s diet, it’s important to determine whether they are really necessary. Dogs have specific requirements for certain nutrients and if the required levels aren’t met, it could lead to nutritional deficiencies or other chronic health issues. That being said, over-supplementation can have a negative on your pet’s health as well.

Talk to your veterinarian before adding a supplement to your dog’s diet. Your veterinarian will be able to answer questions about whether your pet needs a supplement and, if he does, can provide some insight about what active ingredients are likely to be the most beneficial.

If you and your vet agree that supplementation is warranted, then it’s important to take your time choosing a reputable company and a trustworthy product.

In the same way you put a great deal of thought into choosing your dog’s daily diet, you should do some research before choosing a pet supplement. Price varies considerably from one brand to another, but it’s important not to shop by price alone. If price is your only factor, you might not choose PremiumCare because their products are a little more expensive than some other options you’d find.

Though PremiumCare supplements may not be the cheapest option on the market, you have to ask yourself whether it’s worth paying a bit more for a high-quality product.

PremiumCare supplements are made in the USA with all-natural ingredients. Though their products are not USDA Certified Organic, many of them are made with organic ingredients and all are manufactured in FDA-inspected facilities. PremiumCare doesn’t use any fillers or artificial additives and each bottle contains 120 treats (most companies sell containers with 90 treats).

How Do You Order It?

To order PremiumCare supplements, you simply need to visit the brand’s website. On the home page you’ll see a feature indicating some of the brand’s best-selling products or you can click on “Products” at the top of the page to view the entire collection. At the time of review, there were eight options. Simply click on the product you’re interested in then choose between a one-time purchase or a subscription.

Another way to shop for PremiumCare supplements is to browse according to your pet’s primary concern.

Shop for supplements with the following benefits:

  • Increased mobility
  • Improved digestion
  • Healthier skin & coat
  • Overall improved health
  • Reduced anxiety
  • Relieve allergies

All PremiumCare supplements ship free with fast 2-to-3-day shipping. If you sign up for a subscription, you’ll receive a 10% discount and your order will renew every 30 days. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

All PremiumCare supplements are free from corn, dairy, and soy products as well as artificial additives of any kind.

Customer Service

No matter what products a company sells, it’s important to have good customer service. With PremiumCare, you have access to customer service via email or phone. Call toll-free at 888-399-3899 with questions about the product or issues with your purchase. You can also email the customer service team at [email protected].

In researching this company, we were a little surprised to see that the website doesn’t list any hours for customer service. We called the toll-free number to see if hours would be listed that way, but we found that the number went to a voicemail box rather than an actual representative. The recording suggested sending an email for a faster response but also gave the option to leave a message.

Though PremiumCare leaves something to be desired in terms of customer service, we appreciate that they do offer a money-back guarantee. You can try the product for 60 days and, if you’re not satisfied, you can receive a full refund of the purchase amount. Simply contact the company via email.

Pros and Cons

Before choosing a product for your pet, it’s important to do your research. PremiumCare offers high-quality supplements made with natural ingredients. Plus, their products are backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. That being said, every brand has its pros and cons.

Here are some of the things you need to know about PremiumCare:

Pros for PremiumCare:

  • High-quality supplements made with natural ingredients
  • No low-quality fillers or artificial additives
  • Decent variety of product choices (multivitamin, calming chews, etc.)
  • Fast and free shipping (2 to 3 days on all orders)
  • Subscribe with your email address to receive 15% off first order

Cons for PremiumCare:

  • Customer service only available via voicemail or email
  • Limited information available about ingredients and manufacturing
  • Some products seem to sell out fairly quickly

As a pet owner, it’s your responsibility to protect your pet’s health and wellbeing. Making an educated decision about pet food and other products is part of that responsibility. Before making up your mind about PremiumCare, be sure to weigh the pros and cons.

Each container of PremiumCare supplements lists the full ingredients as well as the guaranteed analysis for active ingredients.

The Final Word

When it comes to nutritional supplements for pets, quality matters. We appreciate that PremiumCare uses all-natural ingredients in their products, but we were a little concerned that they didn’t provide any details about where their ingredients are sourced or how the products are manufactured. It was only in reading the label on the package that we even learned where PremiumCare is based (Missouri City, TX).

In terms of the supplements themselves, the chews were generously sized and our test dog seemed to like the flavor (even the vegetable-flavored allergy/immune treats). We appreciate that PremiumCare sells their supplements in containers of 120 and, with the chews being so large, the serving size is only 1 chew per 25 pounds of body weight.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy company that offers a variety of supplement options, PremiumCare could be a good choice. We have no major concerns about the product other than the lack of detailed information about sourcing and manufacturing.
